Coaching Services
In the coaching process, the focus is on developing the unique strengths and abilities specific to each adolescent or young adult. There is not a "right" or "wrong," but rather a focus on the development of skills that will carry into adulthood. In a world full of technology and other demands, teens are often overwhelmed and exhausted from attempting to balance different aspects of their lives - school, sports, home, friends, work, extra-curricular activities, etc. I offer ADD/ADHD- Executive Function Coaching, Academic Coaching, College and Post-Secondary Transition Coaching, and Life Coaching for teens and young adults ages 16 and up. Executive Function Coaching can be beneficial to a variety of individuals including those with the following potential issues: ADHD, learning disabilities, giftedness, TBI, Depression & Anxiety Disorders, and others.
